Meet Hank, ambassador for adaptive cycling. As an avid cyclist, advocate, and active member of his cycling community, Hank has never shied away from a challenge. In fact he's known to tackle trails, roads, velodromes and gravel routes on his hand cycle - he's also a long standing member of his Community Access Board (20 years and counting!). Hank's goal is not just to dominate in races/rides, but to encourage others with disabilities to experience the joy that is cycling. His commitment to creating a more inclusive bike industry is something that will positively impact future generations of cyclists everywhere.
At 72 years young, Hank continues to push not only himself, but also his communities. “You have to get in and change things from the inside - that’s where the real change happens,” he told us.
